We would respectfully ask that if you feel in any way unwell with symptoms related to Covid-19, cough, difficulty breathing, raised temperature, that you do not attend the clinic. A short notice cancellation fee will not be charged.
If you have been in contact with anyone who, whether they show symptoms or not, has an appointment for, or is awaiting results of, a Covid 19 test or has received a positive result, please call the clinic and rearrange your appointment to outside the incubation period of two weeks.
There will be a no waiting policy at the clinic, please arrive at the exact time of your appointments or wait outside in your vehicles. In order to adhere to social distancing, only one patient is to be in reception at a time, kindly be patient and wait for reception to clear before entering.
We have developed a one way system at the clinic entering through the blue side door and exiting via the main reception door. At the time of your appointment please wait by the blue door and your Practitioner will come and collect you when they are ready. Please be patient, your Practitioner will be unable to let you into the clinic room until it has been sanitised after the previous patient.
You will be required to sanitise your hands immediately you enter the clinic and wear a facemask/covering when inside the clinic at all times. Facemasks will be available to purchase from reception if you do not have one of your own.
Your therapist will be following in detail the guidelines set out by their Therapy Governing body and the Government. Appropriate PPE will be worn and the room thoroughly sanitised between every patient, hence appointment times will differ from normal to allow for this. We are also adjusting appointment times in order to adhere to social distancing requirements in reception without causing unnecessary delays.
The clinic has had to go through a few changes in order to reopen, and may look a little colder and not as welcoming as normal, however rest assured underneath the masks and behind the visors there will still be a smile and a very warm welcome.
